Terms of Service

The short version

Resumarsh hosts your résumé and helps you share it. Your content stays yours. Do not put things here that are not yours to put here, and do not use the service to harm anyone.

Your account

You need an account to create a profile. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put in. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, show it to people you have shared it with, generate documents from it, and process it with the AI features described below.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to, anything false about someone else, or anything unlawful.

AI features

Ask, screenings and committee reviews send your résumé content to a large language model. Model output can be wrong. It may state things your résumé does not support, and it should not be relied on as fact about you or anyone else. You are responsible for what your profile says; we do not verify it.

Acceptable use

Do not: impersonate anyone, scrape the service, attempt to reach data that is not yours, interfere with the service's operation, or use it to harass anyone.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using it — including anything about a job.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours, we will tell you why where we lawfully can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms we publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the service after accepting means the new version applies.

Recruiter answer packs

The Recruiter answer pack costs $9 USD once, plus applicable tax, and includes 200 additional completed screening answers. It expires 365 days after payment activation. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Your billing page shows the purchase, payment status, remaining answers, expiration date, and receipt.

The existing free allowance is used first. After that, paid answers are used from the pack that expires soonest. One completed answer to one question about one candidate uses one answer. Daily limits and concurrent-screening limits still apply. Failed or unfinished answers do not consume your allowance.

Screening answers summarize available candidate material. Citations help you review the source; they do not independently verify a claim. AI output may be incorrect or incomplete. Review the source material and make your own hiring decisions. Buying a pack does not guarantee any hiring outcome.

Seller and payment processing

Resumarsh is operated by M Software Solutions, LLC. For purchases identified at checkout as Sold through Link, Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment receipts, transaction support, and applicable tax collection under its Managed Payments arrangement. Resumarsh provides the screening service and product support.

The pack price is denominated in USD. Checkout shows applicable tax and the final amount before payment. If you choose an offered local currency, checkout shows that amount; your Resumarsh billing history uses the pack's original currency. Link's terms and privacy policy apply to its checkout and payment services. Your receipt identifies the seller for your transaction.

Refunds and support

Contact support@resumarsh.com for help or a refund. Include the purchase reference from your billing page; do not send payment-card details. For a Sold through Link purchase, you can also contact Link for transaction support using the information on your receipt. Link may process refunds under its applicable policies; the Resumarsh refund commitment below remains available.

We offer a full refund of an unused pack when requested within 30 days of purchase. We also provide refunds for billing errors or service failures. If a pack has been partly used, contact us so we can review the affected purchase and service failure. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

A full refund removes the pack's remaining answers. A partial refund reduces the original allowance in proportion to the amount refunded, rounded up to whole answers removed. Previously used answers are not restored by a refund.
